ProStaffSelect are in search of a dynamic, vibrant and highly motivated RESTAURANT MANAGER to manage this young team in continuing a well-recognised tradition and culture of excellence. A strong operator who fosters a firm hand yet a level of kindness and friendliness that both staff and visitors experience. This is a small and well-coordinated restaurant team that prides themselves in achieving great service reviews on Trip Advisor and by local food and industry critics.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 – 4 years’ work experience within high-end fin dining restaurant operations
• Skilled in Bar & Beverage Controls, Front of House Service, Wine Sales & Service, Artisan Coffees
• Fully bilingual with Afrikaans ideally your home / 1^st language
• Operational strengths in leading the team, motivating and training others
• Young and outgoing personality with exceptional people skills
• Proficient in selling signature wines and excellent knowledge of all cuisines
• Excellent admin and computer proficiency with strong point of sale knowledge
• Proven success in managing and controlling wine and beverage stocks
• A hands-on operator that leads by example and who's passionate about this industry
