Pick Me Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced, Head Chef with strong leadership skills, a mature mindset, wanting to make his / her mark in the food world and use this opportunity as their spring board to fame. This modern, all-day eatery and wine bar is nestled in the heart of Rosebank’s foodie district. Our Client’s extensive menu celebrates cuisines from around the world, offering a refined, casual, and modern approach to dining.

We are looking for a Head Chef with a minimum of 3-5 years‘ experience in the role of Head Chef, in a high-end hospitality environment. Someone with exceptional culinary skills, with a love for food, experience in running and managing high-end restaurants, quality driven, a leader, stable and able to perform under pressure.

Must be proficient in Micros and Gaap.

The Role:

Creative menu development, recipe design and costing, excellent cost control management. Minimum of 5+ years as Head Chef in an upscale hospitality environment, modern cooking style
