Franschhoek 
La Motte Wine Estate in the Franschhoek Valley requires a vibrant person, with an abundance of energy and enthusiasm, to join the Bakery team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* welcome and seat customers
* take food and beverage orders accurately
* serve customers promptly and professionally
* maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
* process customer payments
* work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following:
* minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
* excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
* excellent customer service skills
* excellent interpersonal skills
* ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* ability to work within a close-knit team
* willingness to work weekends and Public Holidays
* sober habits
* own reliable transport
* contactable references available
