Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative on behalf of a prestigious luxury catering company, with the role based between Stellenbosch and Randburg, Gauteng / Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for customers and clients
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels
Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
Assist customers with bookings, enquiries, orders and general requests
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Follow up on enquiries and ensure that customer needs are addressed promptly
Assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain accurate customer and booking information
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support the wider team with general administrative and customer service duties
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, hospitality or similar client-facing role
Experience within a luxury hospitality, catering or service environment would be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly and service-driven approach
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities efficiently
Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
