Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a friendly and guest-focused Guest Assistant to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is your chance to be the face of the estate, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Live-out position
The Role:
• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Provide information and recommendations about the estate and surrounding attractions
• Assist with reservations, bookings and guest enquiries
• Support tasting sessions, tours and estate events as required
• Maintain front-of-house areas to the highest presentation standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
• Friendly, approachable and highly guest-focused personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous
