Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalised service to guests in line with fine dining standards
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Ensure consistency in service quality, guest interaction, and presentation
- Assist with table settings, wine service, and overall dining room organisation
- Maintain excellent hygiene and service standards at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support special events, private dining, and guest occasions as required
Minimum Requirements
- Previous fine dining or luxury hospitality service experience essential
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Attention to detail and organisational ability
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Professional attitude and strong team player mentality
