Rupert and Rothschild Vignerons, an iconic brand in the global wine industry, based in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley is currently recruiting.

We are looking for x4 Harvest Cellar Workers for the 2027 harvest season on a 4-month fixed-term contract (January 2027 – April 2027). The successful candidates will report directly to the Winemaking Team.
Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with processing of grapes into the cellar;
• Operate basic cellar equipment under supervision (crushers, presses, pumps);
• Perform fermentation activities such as pump overs, punch downs, racking, and additions;
• Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, barrels, floors, crates and all winemaking equipment.
• Assist with moving and stacking wine barrels and crates;
• Always maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Winemaker.

Requirements:
• Grade 12;
• Previous cellar or harvest experience (advantage);
• Physically fit, able to work long shifts, weekends, and public holidays;
• Own reliable transport to and from work;
