We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years’ prior logistics experience gained specifically in the fruit exporting industry.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Coordinating export documentation, shipments and customer arrivals
• Managing logistics data, loading instructions and service provider slots
• Monitoring vessels, containers, ETAs and documentation
• Coordinating DDP collections, deliveries and clearing agent communication
• Preparing weekly freight and container status reports
• Supporting the commercial team and ensuring smooth daily operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 3 years’ logistics experience in the fruit exporting industry
• Solid understanding of fruit export operations
• Produce Linc knowledge advantageous
• Intermediate Excel competency
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• SA citizenship
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Availability for long, sometimes irregular hours, including weekends
