Krone Tasting Room is looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Tasting Room Supervisor to join our team!

As Tasting Room Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the tasting room, ensuring that every guest receives warm, knowledgeable and exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the tasting room team.
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Driving sales and achieving tasting room targets.
• Managing stock and inventory.
• Coordinating tastings, events and special functions.
• Maintaining a welcoming, polished and professional environment.
• Working closely with the Marketing, Events and wider team.
