Our client, a cosy, family-friendly Bakery Café, located in Brackenfell, is seeking a Shift Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities include opening or closing of the store, and manage stock takes and manage staff with confidence.
This position will work closely with and will split duties with another shift manager.
CORE SKILLS
We are looking for candidates with a strong skill-set relating to coffee making, cooking and or baking skills.
Solutions-driven mind-set • Analytical with an eye for detail • Deadline driven and ability to manage pressure
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualification in Hospitality or similar will be advantageous • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an FMCG / manufacturing environment with experience in food safety and quality beneficial • Clear understanding of HACCP / Food safety standards and processes • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications • Must be able to work to strict short term deadlines that are required in the industry.
Candidates must reside in the local vicinity of Brackenfell. Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license essential.
REMUNERATION: R12 000 – R18 000 pm
