Our client, a cosy, family-friendly Bakery Café, located in Brackenfell, is seeking a STORE MANAGER to join their team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day store operations. We are looking for an all-rounder with experience in stock control, front of house, being able to manage and work with staff, organise cleaning schedules, drawing up work rosters, manage time sheets, service orientated, cooking and baking experience.
Ideally we are looking for a chef with management experience.

Strong business acumen and management skills • Solutions-driven mind-set • Analytical with an eye for detail • Deadline driven and ability to manage pressure
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualification in Hospitality or similar will be advantageous • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an FMCG / manufacturing environment with experience in food safety and quality beneficial • Clear understanding of HACCP / Food safety standards and processes • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications • Must be able to work to strict short term deadlines that are required in the industry.
Candidates must reside in the local vicinity of Brackenfell. Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license essential.
