ProStaffSelect are looking for a highly-organised, engaging, dynamic and WINE-FOCUSED Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the senior restaurant manager with daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient and professional service. This is an unusually high gratuity reward environment requiring focused service delivery, efficiency, personality, confidence and a strong work ethic.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min 3 years’ experience within fast-paced fine dining operations.
- Good exposure and confidence in promoting & serving signature SA Wines, Artisan Coffee, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent CULINARY knowledge and all-round understanding of advanced food preparation methods and terms, ingredients & plating components.
- Highly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presence.
- Very strong computer literacy with knowledge of Point of Sale Systems, Beverage Controls and Costings.
- Willingness to work restaurant industry shifts 10am - 10pm
