ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly organised, passionate and youthful Restaurant Manager to take on the exciting launch and opening of this spectacular wine estate restaurant. A young, energetic service-minded individual to manage food, wine and beverage service, train, motivate and develop personnel, to establish efficient systems and operational procedures and establish a culture of excellence and team work.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 - 6 years previous restaurant management experience within top fine dining establishments.
WSET or Cape Wine Academy qualifications preferred.
Restaurant / Hotel Management qualification beneficial.
Confident and outgoing personality.
Strong Admin, Costing and Financial Controls.
Proficient in Restaurant Point of Sale POS Systems.
Experience in managing stocks, profitability and minimising losses.
Strong leadership skills with energy to drive and motivate staff
