We are seeking a highly passionate, versatile, and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the day-to-day guest experience and hospitality operations. Working with a small, dedicated, and hands-on team, you will lead from the front to ensure seamless guest check-ins, exceptional dining services, and meticulous attention to detail across both Accommodation and Food & Beverage.
• Experience: Essential experience in both Food & Beverage and Luxury Accommodation/Boutique Lodges.
• Hands-on Approach: Willingness to rolled up your sleeves and assist across all operational areas in a small team setting.
• Communication & Hosting: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a natural flair for warm, high-end guest hosting.
• Organization: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Location & Transport: Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport. Applicants must reside in or near the Stellenbosch/Winelands region.
• Flexibility: Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings, aligned with guest arrivals and dining requirements.
