The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven Barista / Bartender to join our Hospitality team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting efficient bar operations and maintaining high service standards of excellence.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional barista and bartending service, ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide attentive, respectful, and professional customer service at all times.
- Manager order dockets accurately, ensuring speed and efficiency in service delivery.
- Assist with stock control, including stock-taking, receiving, and verification of stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service area.
- Support the Hospitality team with general duties and operational requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and high-performance team environment.
Who You Are & What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the wine and/or hospitality industry.
- Basic barista experience.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in English.
- Good understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude aligned with Warwick’s values of excellence, ambition, boldness, and respect.
- Own reliable transport.
