ProStaffSelect are in search of a Private Chef / Head Chef for this unique health retreat and spa in the Winelands that offers daily spa packages for Villa Guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
Min 5 years’ experience in top restaurants and small boutique hotel operations
Proven culinary creativity & innovation producing elegant cuisine (not intense fine dining)
Exceptional food preparation skills, with experience of current trends, special dietary needs and health conscious menu planning
Advanced plating skills and magazine-worthy artistic food presentation
Strong decision making, organisational & leadership skills
Proven background in management, training & motivating staff
Strong business acumen, operational & cost control abilities
Highly focused, disciplined & passionate chef
