ProStaffSelect are in search of an energetic, highly organised, passionate and skilled RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee daily operations, manage food and wine & beverage service.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 4 - 5 years previous restaurant management experience within fast-paced upmarket environments.

WSET or Cape Wine Academy qualifications preferred.

Restaurant / Hotel Management qualification beneficial.

Confident and outgoing personality.

Strong Admin, Costing and Financial Controls.

Proficient in Restaurant Point of Sale POS Systems.

Experience in managing stocks, profitability and minimising losses.

Strong leadership skills with energy to drive and motivate staff
