Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
The Role
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in laundry, linen and storeroom areas, restocking supplies and amenities as needed.
Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleans when required.
Provide courteous and discreet service to guests, working collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments.
Uphold hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
About You
Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or estate setting.
Physically fit and able to manage the demands of the role.
High standards of cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail.
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required, both independently and as part of a team.
Package
Salary: R5,800 – R6,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
Live-out position.
