Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Gate Guest Assistant on behalf of a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek, Western Cape.
The successful candidate will be an important first point of contact for guests arriving at the estate, contributing to a warm, professional and welcoming arrival experience.
The Role
Welcome guests as they arrive at the estate, setting the tone for a warm and professional first impression.
Assist guests with arrival enquiries in a calm, attentive manner.
Maintain a professional, well-presented presence at the gate throughout busy periods.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless start to the guest experience.
About You
Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality, reception, security, concierge or similar role would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, friendly and well-presented manner.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Reliable, responsible and attentive to detail, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Package
Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
