Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Butler for a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with exceptional guest service skills and a strong background in luxury environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering discreet, personalised and anticipatory service to ensure an elevated guest experience at all times.
The Role
Provide personalised butler service to guests throughout their stay, anticipating needs and delivering discreet, exceptional service.
Assist with arrivals, departures and in-room guest experiences.
Manage guest preferences, requests and special requirements.
Coordinate closely with front office, housekeeping and food & beverage teams.
Serve food and beverages in a professional and refined manner.
Ensure guest suites and areas are maintained to the highest standards, with excellent knowledge of estate offerings.
About You
Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury hospitality guest service role; a strong background in 5-star hotels, lodges or luxury estates is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
Discreet, respectful and guest-focused, with strong attention to detail and guest preference awareness.
Calm and composed under pressure, proactive and highly organised.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Hospitality training or qualification advantageous.
Package
Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 per month, dependent on experience.
