Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and guest-focused Waiter for a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service within a refined, high-end dining environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience through attentive, knowledgeable and professional service.
The Role
- Provide professional and attentive table service, taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Present menu items and make recommendations where appropriate.
- Ensure tables are set, maintained and cleared to standard throughout service.
- Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, supporting the wider restaurant team during busy periods.
About You
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar front-of-house role; experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent guest service orientation.
- Friendly, professional and well-presented, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Energetic and service-driven, calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Hospitality training advantageous.
Package
- Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 per month, dependent on experience.
