Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Guest Assistant to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is a chance to be the face of the estate, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
The Role
Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism as the face of the estate.
Provide information and recommendations about the estate and local attractions.
Assist with reservations, bookings and guest enquiries.
Support tasting sessions, tours and events as required.
Maintain front-of-house areas to the highest standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
About You
Friendly, approachable and guest-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
Package
Salary: R11,000 – R13,000 per month.
