Luxury Wine Estate Restaurant & Tasting Room Manager - Stanford

We are in search of a young, energetic, polished and highly professional fine dining Restaurant & Tasting Centre Manager.

The primary focus of this role is delivering and maintaining an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every guest receives personalized, attentive service that exceeds expectations and reflects the luxury standards of the estate.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience within fine dining / 5* hotel operations & wine tasting room environments essential
Qualifications in Hotel Management and Cape Wine Academy or WSET level 2 preferred
Advanced food & beverage knowledge with strong technical skills in WINES, Artisan COFFEE and exceptional service standards
Highly proficient in Point of Sale and Back of House software as well as Excel, Word & Office
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in Afrikaans & English
Proven abilities in planning, organising, motivating and directing staff
Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional stock control and management skills
Excellent people skills, resourceful thinker & innovative worker
Highly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presence
Preference given to candidates already living within the Stellenbosch & surrounding Winelands
