Junior Restaurant Manager

A very busy Estate in Paarl is looking for an experienced Junior Restaurant Manager with multi-venue experience.
Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverages; Wine knowledge & Service Etiquette
Exposure to Fine- Dining a plus.
Strong administrative skills.
Marketing & Events experience.
Micros & Oracle Symphony operating systems.
Strong Leadership & Training Skills
People Positive
Well spoken & high literacy in both English & Afrikaans
Well presented & physically fit.
Problem solver.
Hospitality Hours apply - weekends, some evenings & public holidays.
5 day work week unless operations require otherwise.
Must reside in Paarl / Wellington surrounds
Own transport.
