Independent wine producer looking for cellar space from the 2027 vintage onwards.
Current production is under 20 tons, focusing on barrel-fermented white wines, with plans to introduce red wines and grow the portfolio over time.
Ideally, all wines would be kept under one roof, with suitable space for production, barrel ageing and ongoing winemaking.
I would consider renting dedicated cellar space, provided the cost is appropriate, or making use of a suitable custom-crush facility.
Urgent consideration: The 2027 vintage will need to be moved from its current cellar shortly after harvest, so availability from approximately April–June 2027 is important.
