Quality Controller & Laboratory Analyst (Student Internship)

A Wine Farm in the beautiful Franschhoek valley seeks to employ an honest, hardworking individual in the abovementioned position over the harvest period of 2027.

Duties include:

• Routine analysis of wines /juices
• Administration of samples and results
• Preparing chemicals, verify, calibrate and maintain equipment

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (Afrikaans & English);
• Willingness to work overtime;
• Focus on detail;
• Grade 12, and a student busy with tertiary qualification (food technology or related qualification or other)
• Excellent analytical abilities;
• Code 8 drivers license, must have own transport
• Must be computer literate.

Start date:  January 2027

Salary:  Market Related

Duration: 4 Months (January 2027 – April 2027)
