Food and Beverage Manager - Part-time (Franschhoek)

Our client in Franschhoek is looking for a Part-time Food and Beverage Manager.

Job Purpose

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, room service and other catering operations. The role ensures excellent guest satisfaction, high service standards, effective cost control, staff development and profitability while maintaining food safety, hygiene and company standards.
