EXPERIENCED WAITRON NEEDED

Purpose of the Position

To deliver exceptional, professional and attentive service, ensuring a refined dining experience that reflects Vergelegen’s high standards of hospitality.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Waitron, preferably in a high-end restaurant or fine-dining environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and a refined, hospitable demeanor.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests.
• Take orders accurately and make menu recommendations.
• Ensure efficient service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
