We are looking for a friendly, service-driven Wine Advisor & Waiter to join our front-of-house team. This dual role combines food service with wine tastings, requiring someone with previous wine-estate or hospitality experience, a good understanding of wine and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service.

Welcome guests and conduct engaging wine tastings.

Confidently present our wine portfolio and recommend wines and food pairings.

Share our story, heritage and winemaking philosophy.

Promote wine sales through knowledgeable recommendations.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service.

Assist with bookings, events and general front-of-house operations.
Requirements

Previous experience at a wine estate or in a similar hospitality role.

Basic to intermediate wine knowledge and a genuine interest in wine.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A friendly, professional and well-presented personality.

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

A wine-related qualification, such as WSET, will be advantageous.
