Eikendal Vineyards is looking for dynamic, energetic and people-oriented individuals to join our Tasting Room team over the upcoming festive season.
We are looking for more than just someone to pour wine. We want natural storytellers, confident communicators and enthusiastic salespeople who can turn a wine tasting into a memorable experience.

The Role
As a Tasting Room Casual, you will be an ambassador for the Eikendal brand, creating engaging and memorable experiences for local and international guests.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests and delivering warm, professional hospitality.

Conducting engaging and informative wine tastings.

Bringing the Eikendal story, our wines, vineyards and heritage to life through confident storytelling.

Actively promoting and selling our wines, tasting experiences and wine offerings.

Identifying opportunities to upsell and drive tasting room sales.

Assisting with wine service, merchandising and general tasting room operations.

Ensuring the tasting room remains welcoming, organised and presentable.
Who We Are Looking For

Dynamic, outgoing individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.

Confident communicators with strong storytelling and selling abilities.

A genuine passion for wine, hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Individuals who are commercially minded, proactive and results-driven.

Comfortable engaging with both local and international visitors.

Well-presented, professional and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Previous wine, hospitality or sales experience will be advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
