I am an energetic and ambitious 19-year man from Pretoria with experiencing as Harvest Intern in Stellenbosch.  I would like to expand my knowledge in the wine industry and further my career as Cellar Worker / Junior wine maker. I also have a keen interest in organic and sustainable farming.  I have experience of the following:

- Managing of the offloading systems
- Doing analysis on grape juice
- Taking sugar balling and temperatures of red and white juice/wine
- Pump over and rotation of red wine tanks
- Help with making yeast and additions to chemicals to juice/wine
- Doing basic analysis on white and red wines in laboratory (pH, TA & SO2 levels)
- Working nights shifts
- General cleaning of Cellar (daily)

I am available immediately and would require accommodation on the farm.
