Hazendal Wine Estate, a premium heritage farm on the Bottelary Road, is looking for a qualified Senior Chef De Partie, as well as Demi-Chefs De Partie to join our dynamic team in establishing a new and exciting culinary offering.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in hot section, as well as open-fire cooking.
  • Preparing and presenting high quality dishes.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Own transport essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
