Executive PA to CEO, Ceres (Western Cape)

Our client is an esteemed Agricultural group based in Ceres in the Western Cape. They require the services of an experienced Executive Personal Assistant for the Chief Executive Officer.   Applicants must be a natural organizer with very strong communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • CEO Diary Management
  • Correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Drafting of reports, agendas, minutes and financial pages
  • Drafting of PowerPoint presentations
  • Local and International travel arrangements
  • Organizing events and functions
  • Greeting of clients
  • Ad hoc Secretarial duties

Minimum requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (advantage)
  • Experience in the Agricultural sector advantageous
  • Minimum of three years PA role on an executive level
  • Strong Secretarial or PA experience (at least 5 Years)
  • Fully fluent in BOTH Afrikaans and English (not negotiable)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Live in or near the area or willing to relocate at own cost
  • Own vehicle with valid driver’s
