Our client, a well-established and admired brand, situated on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountains, Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Hospitality Manager to oversee and manage various  hospitality outlets which includes the restaurant, wine tasting centre, conferencing, events and picnics.


Key duties:

Ensure the Hospitality division operates efficiently and profitably / Food & Bev Cost management / Budgeting & forecasts / Basic HR practices / Stock management and Control / Staff training, Retention and management


Basic Requirements:

WSET or CWA qualification will be advantageous / Minimum experience of 3 years management in a similar position / Recognised Food & Beverage Hospitality qualification
