in Harmonie, a Place of Change, requires the services of a dedicated, resourceful and service-orientated person to join the Events team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties: * registration and hospitality responsibilities * facilitating and monitoring guest invitations * attention to guest inquiries * accommodation check-in * updating of the database * regular liaison with guests, clients and employees * administrative duties related to the position. 

Applications from candidates who comply with the following are awaited: * an appropriate tertiary qualification * at least three years experience in a similar position * excellent communication skills * advanced computer skills * experience in using the Salesforce system will be advantageous * the ability to function well under pressure and in a team * adherence to strict deadlines * thorough, organised work methods and attention to detail * willingness to work overtime and during weekends.

Commencement of duties: As soon as possible.
