This is a great opportunity to work for an International Clearing and Forwarding Business with offices based in Paarl.  To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work to strict deadlines, work well under pressure, multi task and enjoy contributing to a fun, professional working environment. 

A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is essential.  Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the logistics/shipping industry and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Pastel).

 

DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Responsible for the switchboard
  • Welcoming all visitors - professional appearance is very important
  • Provide administrative support to CEO
  • Responsible for stocktaking and ordering of all office supplies and stationary
  • Undertake general Word processing and Excel work
  • Catering arrangements
