Inherent Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Diploma in F&B Management of Hospitality would be advantageous

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury F&B supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Beer knowledge
  • Mexican Food knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running of the F&B Service
  • Assist with the Stock Control
  • Assist with rosters, probation and performance reviews
  • Ensuring consistent quality standards and service
