Logistics Coordinator & Financial Assistant: Overberg

Our client, well-established in the wine industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator & Financial Assistant. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire logistics function, including, but not limited to:

  • local logistics
  • full export function
  • wine deliveries
  • processing sales orders and issuing invoices
  • monthly stock control
  • weekly sales reports
  • monthly SAWIS returns
  • monthly Customs and Excise reporting
  • SARS and SAWIS audit. 

The ideal candidate: 

  • three to five years of relevant logistics and accounting experience in the wine industry
  • the ability to work independently, think and operate strategically
  • analytical and practical skills with a hands-on approach
  • organized
  • good interpersonal, administrative and communication skills
  • literate in Afrikaans and English
  • computer literate (Excel & Word & EZY Wine & Wine Online) 
  • a relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
