Purpose: To provide support in the development and implementation of all HR initiatives and related system requirements. Being actively involved and managing the full end-to-end recruitment process. To provide support and assistance to the HR Business Partners.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary HR qualification
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in an HR environment
  • Knowledge, understanding and proven experience of the recruitment process
  • IT literacy in an advanced levelPerson Specification
  •  
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
  • Deadline and output driven
  • The ability to work independently and self-disciplined
  • Ability to deal with change and work under pressure

  • Manage and create an interactive LinkedIn and career page
  • Proactively source talent for possible future placement
  • Procure and appoint candidates in accordance with policy and company requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Assist Line Managers with the interview process
  • Act as a liaison between the company and recruitment agencies
  • Ensure that all role profiles are on file and up to date
  • Coordinate the Induction process for all new hires
  • Absenteeism management
  • Provide administrative support regarding all industrial relations related matters
  • Report on IR related matters and trends

 

 

 

 

  • Act as HR representative during disciplinary hearings
  • Taking of minutes during disciplinary hearings
  • Compile and provide information for various HR reporting
  • Assist and support the HR Business Partners with ad-hoc HR related matters
