 A well-established Hotel in the Western Cape is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team.


  • Assist in the day to day running of a Kitchen
  • Stock Control/management
  • Ordering of Day to Day products
  • Assist with planning of new Menu’s and specials
  • Day to Day Mise en Place
  • Oversee Cleaners duties for kitchen
  • Preparation and Serving of A la Carte, Banquet, Bar Meals & Buffets
  • Leading & training Junior Staff

 Must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either a 5 star Hotel or Well-known Top End Restaurant, and at least 1 year experience as a CDP
  • Managerial skills
  • Ideally Qualified
  • People skills
  • Own transport

  • Loyal and hard working
  • Punctual
  • Hard Working
