Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are currently looking for a Chef Tournant for a beautiful lunch-only restaurant situated on a top wine estate near Franschhoek.  

Requirements:
  • Culinary related qualification from a recognized institution
  • 2 to 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine-dining establishment
  • Pastry skills would be advantageous but are not essential
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Own transport
