Front of House Manager - Stellenbosch Wine Estate Restaurant - Mainly day shifts

Well-established Stellenbosch wine estate restaurant is currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager. The establishment offers wonderful working hours – mainly day shifts and evening shifts only when hosting functions. The FOH Manager will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s dining- and guests experience.


  • Gr 12
  • Tertiary qualification in F&B Operations / Travel & Tourism will be highly advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years previous FOH experience gained within an upmarket restaurant
  • POS knowledge
  • Well-presented with a professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Afrikaans
  • Ability to maintain excellent guest relations
  • Passionate about providing excellent service
  • Valid drivers license + own reliable transport

  • Attending to guest queries & complaints

  • Supervise the upkeep and housekeeping of the restaurant
