Leopard’s Leap Wines in the Franschhoek Valley requires a person with a positive, energetic and enthusiastic outlook and the ability to function well under pressure, to join the Restaurant team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • welcoming and cordial treatment of guests in Leopard’s Leap Rotisserie Restaurant • co-ordination of restaurant activities • dealing with guests’ inquiries • liaison with kitchen and marketing department • organising of functions and related gatherings • staff management • stock control • cashing up • ad hoc administrative duties.

Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following: • a qualification in hotel management, or related tertiary training • at least two years’ experience in a similar position • general knowledge of food and wine • strong leadership skills • diligence and excellent people skills • excellent language fluency (Afrikaans and English) • willingness to work on scheduled holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
