We are on the hunt for a driven and focussed Sous Chef for a 5-Star property in Paarl.

 

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in training, supervising, developing, disciplining and counselling kitchen staff * Inventory Management * Overseeing food operations and ensuring top quality food served * Good Health and Safety practice and licensing

 

Job Skills & Requirements

Formal Training in Culinary Arts * Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar position * Working knowledge of various computer software programs including, but not limited to Word-processing, spreadsheets and email * Leadership / supervisory experience required * Focused, quality driven, serious about growth, professional * Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
