Restaurant/ Front of House Manager

Our client, an established restaurant situated in Paarl, has the above excellent opportunity available for a positive and energetic individual with an enthusiastic approach to life!

Duties will include (but not be limited to): *assisting with planning of functions *coordinating all restaurant activities *staff management and administration *stock control *ad hoc administrative tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric certificate;
• Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant hospitality experience (experience working in a restaurant on a wine farm or in fine dining will be preferred);
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);
• Driver's license and own transport;
• Excellent computer (MS Office and Micros) and administrative skills;
• Must be prepared to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.

Commencement date: 6 January 2020
