Holden Manz Wine Estate, Franschhoek's hidden gem, is recruiting an experienced Head Chef.
Responsibilities for the kitchen include delivering à la carte menu, weddings, winemakers dinners, tasting room bites, picnics and afternoon tea for the country house.
Candidates will be comfortable leading the experienced kitchen team, be able to creatively develop existing menus and food offerings, manage wastage and costs and work as part of the estate's management team.
