Restaurant on stellenbosch wine estate currently has a fantastic opportunity for a head chef. we are looking for someone who is well-rounded, has great culinary skill and can manage a full staff compliment. lunch/dinner/functions (weddings/birthday/etc)

 main duties will include (but not limited to)

  • controlling & managing the overall food preparation process
  • management and guidance of kitchen staff
  • menu planning
  • food costing
  • stock management
  • budget
  • hygiene managements
  • training/development/recruitment
