Administrator - Marketing Wine

  • DGB is looking for an Administrator to assist the Marketing Wine Department with the following:
  • Local wine competition entries.
  • Compiling Purchase Order’s (PO’s) and invoices, process GRA (Goods Received), forward copies to HO.
  • Travel and accommodation bookings for all Marketing Managers and Winemakers.
  • Calendars: Ensure marketing and winemakers calendars align with brand principals for monthly and quarterly workshops and meetings
  • Support: Correspondences, presentations, assist in the extraction of marketing analysis (off SAP/other), compile reports, assist in the set-up of brand plans, promo plans, etc.
  • Assist the Trade Marketing Managers and Marketing/Brand Managers with general departmental administration and marketing event co-ordination
  • Meetings: arrange, diarise and support with minutes as required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Min 3 years administrative experience
  • Matric with a Commercial Diploma advantageous
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, Excell, Powerpoint, SAP)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
