Experienced Wedding & Events Coordinator for Five Star Franschhoek Farm

The role involves marketing the venue for events and weddings; responding to enquiries; conducting site visits; negotiating the event/wedding package including logistics, menus and accommodation; liaising with guests ahead of the event; event planning; co-ordination on the day; event follow up.

Remuneration is attractive with a commission element and will be commensurate with experience.

Must have:

At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role.

A hospitality and/or events related qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work under pressure, meet deadlines and self-manage.

Apply a strong attention to detail.
