We are seeking an experienced and qualified ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER  in Stellenbosch. Previous experience in working in a 5-star environment is essential. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant tertiary education will be advantageous  

Previous Shift Leader / Assistant Front Office Manager experience in a similar environment

Good administrative skills and the ability to use email and booking systems / OPERA knowledge

Good understanding of Health & Safety, First Aid

Strong work ethic

Relevant Diploma will be advantageous

Minimum of 3 years’ experience is essential in a 5* environment

Well-groomed, professional, flexible / Passionate about industry / Mature and well spoken

 

POSITION SPECS

Shift Work (Early shift starting at 06h00, late shift finishing at midnight), Weekends & Public Holidays Applicants must be able to work shifts

Monday - Sundays, including public holidays and weekends

 

Remuneration

R10 000 – R13 000 Gross

 

Start Date

ASAP
